Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the item and its packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
